Our Approach

Unlike some providers, who simply check that software functions work, or even just upload software, our service schedule includes a complete functional and visual check of the installed system, to include the control panel and field devices as well as control functions.

Our call-out service is available to anybody (no contract needed) in our serviced area, and we will always aim to get your system up and running at least in part on that visit. It is advantage to provide as much detail as possible when calling, such as what works, what doesn’t work, what lamps are on (photos are great), and a sequence of events.

We will provide repairs or alterations to your control panel or BMS controller. For simple alterations this is often done on a call-out basis, more complex work usually requires a survey visit in advance, and the work required is quoted on a fixed price basis.

Call out work is charged in accordance with our current schedule of charges – we will send this to you prior to any call out if you are a new customer.
